Craftsmanship and performance divisions with awards for Best in Show, Best Craftsmanship, Best Performance, and Judge's choice. 

Divisions: Youth • Novice • Journeyman • Master/Pro

Registration: Opens closer to the event (limited slots).  

Prizing & Judges: TBA 

Meetups & Photo Sessions

Join scheduled fandom meetups (anime, comics, gaming, sci-fi, and more). Official photo backdrops and roaming photographers will be available during designated times.

Cosplay Quick Rules (Snap Shot)

A full rules page will post with registration.

• Cosplay is not consent. Always ask before photos; respect personal space and staff directions. 

• Prop Safety: No live steel or sharps; no functioning projectile weapons; bows unstrung; triggers disabled. All props must pass peace-bond / safety check. 

• No realistic replica firearms - without bright tips and peace-bonding approval.

• Visibility & mobility: Costumes must allow safe, unobstructed movement. Handlers are required for oversized or bulky builds. 

• Venue rules apply: Keep aisles and exits clear; no messy materials (loose glitter, liquids, powders) inside. 

• Costume coverings: No full nudity. Private parts must be fully covered, and attire should remain respectful for a cosplay environment.
