Naples Film & Comic Con: FAQ

Absolutely! Cosplay is encouraged. See our Show Info section for cosplay rules and contests. 

NFCC reserves the right to reject any costume at any time and for any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, the absence of clothing or a costume is not itself a costume and full nudity is not allowed. All costumed attendees are required to have opaque fabric of some type covering the appropriate areas of the body. Anyone wearing a costume that is too revealing in the sole judgment of NFCC—Please just be mindful and respectful to others when choosing reveling costumes.  

No costume required! Everyone is welcome! Many of our attendees enjoy wearing costumes and spend a lot of time, effort, and money creating their costumes (“cosplay”). However, it is not a requirement to wear a costume to attend NFCC. Many families coming with kids may find that the younger ones really like to come in costume, but everyone should do what works for them. If you get to the show and feel inspired to take on an alter-ego, you’ll find lots of exhibitors selling costumes, props, and fun accessories.    

Yes! NFCC is a family-friendly event. Kids under 10 may qualify for discounted passes (details on Tickets page.)

 Most NFCC Guests will be signing autographs whenever they are not in a Programming Event or Photo Op. Most accept CASH ONLY and you can purchase their autograph at their table. Autographs are only available for purchase at the show on a first-come, first-served basis, unless part of a specially ticketed experience. 

Autograph fees vary per Guest. We will update the Guest Page as prices are confirmed. We do not always get a confirmed price before the show, and sometimes (rarely) prices change at the Guest’s discretion once they arrive at the show.  Please remember autographs are usually cash only.  

No, selfies are not included in the price of the autograph. Some Guests may be offering selfies at their table at additional cost.  

Some Guests will allow for selfies at their autograph table. If they offer selfies, you will find the pricing by clicking on their picture on the Guests Page. Occasionally, Guests will add the selfie option when they arrive at the show, and the info will not be posted to the website. 

Photography is allowed in most areas of NFCC. Please be respectful when taking pictures and ask subjects if it is okay to photograph them. Some Guests may request no photography at their tables and in Q&A Panels – signs and crew will be present in these areas. Please respect and adhere to all requests for no photography.
